Raspberry, Rubus idaeus
Parts used: Leaves and fruit.
Constituents: Tannins; sanguine, Flavonoids; kaempferol, quercitin, Polypeptides.
Actions: Astringent, Parturient, Trophorestorative, Tonic, Anti-fungal, Anti-bacteria.
Leukorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, stomatitis, tonsillitis, bleeding gums, mouth ulcers, conjunctivitis, wounds, burns, diarrhoea.
Specifically used to tone the uterus and ease childbirth.
Prolapsed bladder/uterus, habitual miscarriage, stops bleeding also for after childbirth, infertility both men/women.
To uterus, morning sickness, insufficient lactation.
Very good for after childbirth, absorption of Ca, Fe.
Eyewash to strengthen eyes.
Herbal extract: 30-90mL per week.
Energetics: Bitter, sweet, cooling. Dosha: V+PK-.
