Parts used: Flowers.
Constituents: Flavonoids, Phenolic acids, Volatile oil.
Actions: Alterative, Anti-PMT, Nutritive, Expectorant, Anti-neoplastic, Lymphatic, Diuretic.
Dermatological agent, psoriasis, eczema, acne, boils, ulcers.
Tonic, PMS, oestrogen, menopause +Licorice.
Hot flushes, tablets are good (but strong, can give endometrial cancer).
Has 10x more Flavonoids than Soya products.
Coughs (kids), whooping cough, bronchitis. Also Anti-spasmodic, Tumors, ovarian and breast, cancers.
With inflammation of joints the toxic build up is released.
Herbal extract: 10-40mL per week.
Energetics: Cool, sweet, moist.
Meridians: kidney, bladder, lung, large intestine.
Contraindications: None.
Topically add 10-15% FE into a cream or lotion and apply to skin cancers, psoriasis and dry eczema.
